Your session is customized based upon your needs and the conversation we have beforehand. I am certified in Perinatal Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Additionally, I've trained in a variety of other techniques including Swedish Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release.

Solidarity ($)
A subsidized rate that increases access to bodywork and care for folks who are working within larger systems of scarcity and oppression. This option is for you if you hold little financial privilege, currently or generationally. A limited number of reduced rate slots are available each month. |
Full ($$)
My base price that ensures studio bills are paid and I am making a living wage. Tips aren't expected. This option is for you if your needs are met by your income and/or inherited wealth. |
Redistribution ($$$) via Tipping
Tips ensure the longevity of my practice and allow me to subsidize treatments for those who cannot afford the base price of these services. Paying the redistribution rate (aka tipping 20%) allows me to offer sliding scale sessions to folks in need each month.
