No last minute bookings for new clients. At least 24 hours notice is required for to book your appointment.
Credit card info is required for new clients to book. You will NOT be charged prior to your appointment. Payment for your session will be taken via Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, cash, check or credit card after your massage.All credit card payments will be charged an additional $5 processing fee.
Because I work from home, I will give out my apartment number the day before your appointment. If you are a new client, you'll likely receive a check-in phone call from me at some point before your appointment.
Lateness Policy: Sometimes lateness is unavoidable. If you are running late, please call, text or email ahead and let me know. Please note that your appointment may not be extended as a courtesy to other clients. The full session fee will be expected.
Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel/ reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a fee of 50% + CC processing fee to your CC on file.
No-show Policy: Cancellation within 1 hr before your appointment or if you do not show up to your appointment, and did not call beforehand, you will receive a "no-show" fee of 100% service cost + CC processing fee to the CC on file.
Covid Policy: I will continue to wear a mask but I no longer require masks to be worn in my studio. If you're feeling sick/ experiencing COVID symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A 15-minute introductory phone call/video chat will likely be scheduled if you are a new client.
If you currently under a Physician’s care, please obtain your doctor's consent to receive massage therapy.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your first session for assessment and an intake form review.
Touch, gestures, behavior, or words of a sexual nature will not be tolerated. I will immediately terminate the session if I feel uncomfortable and the full session fee will be expected.
